All oders made before 5pm are shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Delivery time in Europe is 1 to 4 working days depending on the destination.

Unfortunately, the Covid-situation might cause some delays to the shipping times. We are working hard to get your orders shipped in time. But due to the restirictions in the Netherlands and the increased volume of online shopping, all couriers are overloaded thus unable to estimate the exact lead time of orders.

Orders inside EU are shipped with DHL, UPS or DPD depending on the location. Shipping costs depend on the destination country.

Item prices and shipping costs include btw (the Dutch VAT). Import duties, destination country-specific taxes, and charges are not included. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not refund money on orders seized by the customs or take any responsibility for legal sanctions or actions arising from international orders. All our products are botanical specimen and legal in the Netherlands. The buyer is responsible to know and respect the legal status of the products in their country. Therefore the buyer agreed to refrains in every situation not to put any legal action/claim towards our website, our company, or to any people working for our company.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will depend on weight and destination. If you are not happy with our product, please contact us within 15 days of purchase. In case your order is damaged or has a defected we will send out a replacement. If there is another reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will do our best to correct this. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise that we can intercept your order though if its already been processed.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are still resposible for the delivery cost and 5,40€ for return expenses. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
