We offer free shipping on orders over 20€ inside the Netherlands and over 40€ to other European locations. The free shipping option will come up during checkout.
Orders inside Europe are shipped with GLS or DPD. Shipping costs depend on the destination country.

If you are not happy with our product, please contact us within 15 days of purchase. In case your order is damaged or has a defected we will send out a replacement. If there is another reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will do our best to correct this. If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please contact us and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. We cannot promise that we can intercept your order though if its already been processed.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In case you order is missing or the item you receive is damaged then please contact us.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
