Changes to Improve Shipping to our Customers

We are constantly working on finding shipping solutions that work fast and reliably for our customers.  

Unfortunately, in the fragmented shipping markets of Europe, the aftermath of Covid and Brexit, it has not been an easy task to find a solution that is optimal for all our customers around Europe.

We have recently been working on implementing a new shipping solution and we have had to pause shipping to the UK for future orders for a few days until we have implemented 

If you have already ordered successfully, your order has or will be shipped as per usual and you DON'T need to contact customer support regarding that.

We will announce when the shipping to the UK will continue on the site and will post updates on this page, so please do not load the customer service with questions about when the UK shipping will open again.

This will not affect our customers in the EU or other countries in continental Europe.
