Orders are shipped with USPS. Shipping costs depend on the size of the package and are shown at the checkout.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your order shipping details, including a tracking code to follow your order.

If you want to return your order, please contact us before sending it back. If an order is returned without prior consultation, the recipient bears the return shipping costs. Not accepting a shipment is considered the same as returning it without contacting us first.
Orders can be canceled after payment only if they have not already been processed.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your shipment is taking too long or you suspect your order is missing, please contact us. For damaged items, contact us as soon as you receive the damaged shipment.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not liable for refunds. If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for the delivery cost and return expenses. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the provided address is incorrect or incomplete.
