We offer free shipping on orders over 50€ to all European locations. The free shipping option will be applied automatically upon checkout once your cart value is 50€ or above.
All orders paid before 3 pm (CET) are shipped the same day Monday to Friday.
SHIPPING TIMES AND TERMS
Orders are shipped with DHL, UPS, or DPD depending on the location. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown at the checkout.
Delivery time is 1 to 4 working days to EU countries and 3 to 6 working days to non-Eu countries inside Europe depending on the destination.
All (delivery) terms and time periods are determined to our best knowledge on basis of data given by the couriers at the start of the activities. Such deadlines and terms are only indicative and never a strict deadline. If it appears terms or time period may be exceeded, the courier or GoPure support team will contact you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS
Item prices and shipping costs include btw (the Dutch VAT). Import duties, destination country-specific taxes, and charges are NOT included. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
All our products are botanical specimen and legal in the Netherlands. The buyer is responsible to comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Therefore the buyer agreed to refrains in every situation not to put any legal action/claim towards our website, our company, or any people working for our company. If the Parcel is in the care of the Customs Authority, a delay may occur. Goods can also be damaged, lost, or seized during the Customs Authority investigation. GoPure is not liable for damage or loss of products caused by any act or omission of the Customs Authority. We do not refund money on orders seized by the customs or take any responsibility for legal sanctions or actions arising from international orders.
We want to ensure that delivery conditions are applicable between us and our customers. We send parcels internationally following delivery conditions laid down in the Incoterms. Regarding our Services to non-EU countries, you can only send parcels with the Incoterm: DAP.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing your orders shipping details including a tracking code to follow your order.
All our orders are packaged and shipped discreetly. There is no reference to the content on the package.

If you are not happy with our product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. In case your order is damaged or has defected we will send out a replacement. If there is another reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will do our best to correct this.
If you want to return your order please contact us before sending it back.
In case a non-EU order is returned before customs clearance has successfully been completed then you bear the cost with regard to the customs formalities of import and the associated such as import duties, taxes, levies, and other costs arising from the import.
Order can be canceled after payment only If it has not already been processed.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In case the shipment of your order is taking too long or you feel your order is missing during shipment please contact the customer service of your courier listed in your shipping e-mail for them to locate your order.
If an item of your order you receive is damaged then contact us as soon as you receive the damaged shipment.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If your order is not being delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address we are not liable for refunds. In case your package is returned to us, you are still responsible for the delivery cost, possible customs fees, and 5,40€ for return expenses. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
