PostNL and Deutsche Post are postal carriers and although they offer tracking, they don't provide guarantee and speed of the courier services. However, they are more affordable. The specific carrier for your order depends on the destination country. During the checkout process, the available shipping options and costs will be displayed for your convenience.

One thing great we have for you as our customer is free shipping to most Continental European countries and the UK! When your cart amount (without shipping or discounts) exceeds the free shipping limit, shipping is set as free for you at the checkout. The limit to be eligible for free shipping depends on the country you are ordering to. The limit varies from one country to another because of differneces in shipping costs.



All orders paid before 3 pm (CET) are shipped the same day Monday to Friday. Holidays excluded.

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Within the EU, the estimated delivery time is typically 1 to 5 working days, depending on the carrier and service level you choose. To non-EU European countries may take 3 to 6 working days for delivery, unless it is an Express service such as UPS Express Saver. Please note that these timeframes are indicative and subject to variations beyond our control. We rely on the information provided by the couriers, and any potential delays will be communicated to you promptly.

All delivery terms and time periods are determined to the best of our knowledge based on information provided by the couriers at the start of the shipping process. One of our goals is to ensure that clear delivery conditions are established between us and you, our customer. For international shipments, we follow the delivery conditions outlined in the Incoterms. Specifically, for our services to non-EU countries, we can only send parcels using the Incoterm: DAP.

Buyers need to ALWAYS and comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. While our products are legal in the Netherlands, customs regulations can vary. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any legal actions or sanctions arising from international orders. Import duties, taxes, and other charges specific to the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that if a parcel comes under the scrutiny of Customs Authority, there may be delays in the delivery process. It is important to be aware that goods can be damaged, lost, or confiscated during the Customs Authority investigation. GoPure holds no liability for any damage or loss of products resulting from the actions or omissions of Customs Authority. We are unable to provide refunds for orders seized by customs or assume responsibility for any legal consequences arising from international orders.

For shipments outside the EU, it is essential to acknowledge that import duties, destination country-specific taxes, including local VAT, and charges are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that Deutsche Post is an uninsured postal service, and it is not possible to file claims for lost or damaged shipments. However, GoPure will re-ship orders shipped with Deutsche Post in case they are lost.

In a case the shipment is lost or damaged, contact us as soon as you receive a damaged package or your tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Provide photos of the damage if possible. This will help us put a claim against the carrier.
