Delays in Shipping

The logistics industry is currently experiencing unprecedented pressure on managing the volumes of online purchases. The Covid-19 and the related restrictions, lockdowns, and regulations are putting huge pressure on the logistics vendors as well.

All couriers are having large backlogs of shipments and struggling due to the massively popular Black Friday and Cyber Week, and also the increased number of online purchases due to Christmas.

Now also the recent lockdowns and new Covid-19 related additional regulations in the Netherlands, aren't helping.

We still process all orders the same day (for orders coming in before 9 PM) and hand over the parcels to our shipping partner. However, we are seeing 2-8 day delays in receiving the tracking numbers for your orders. We think this is unacceptable even considering the difficult situation, but we are working hard every day to get those orders moving asap!

We have started discussions with another logistics service provider to get back on track to live up to our promise, but the new solution won't be ready until The 1st or 2nd week of January.

Brexit Is Affecting Our Shipping

Orders shipped to the UK might currently experience some extended delays due to Brexit. The EU and the UK have not yet (when writing this) agreed on the terms of the post-Brexit trade rules.

The couriers are trying to prepare for the possibility of hard Brexit on New Year's eve and depending on what resolution is or is not made, there might be some delays in shipping.

We are monitoring this closely, and we guarantee that all orders all delivered.
